This prestigious acknowledgment highlights high-performing insurance professionals who are making significant impacts on business transformation, data, artificial intelligence, privacy and tech innovations, the new shape of work, customer service, legal and regulatory issues, societal issues, philanthropic work, and so much more.

Laney has played a critical role in Johnson Lambert’s operations for years. In her position as Business Automation Manager, she leverages AI and automation tools to transform manual processes into sophisticated workflows. She has worked to automate critical audit sections and tax compliance duties, allowing Johnson Lambert professionals to spend less time on routine tasks and more time focused on high-value, judgment-based analysis.

Laney—who holds a CPA designation—started her career in public accounting, where she worked closely on insurance audits and developed a keen understanding of how insurance companies operate. After working as a hands-on auditor, Laney transferred to a position on Johnson Lambert’s Business Automation Team, where she currently leverages her background in public accounting and insurance to augment operations, implement process improvements, and utilize the most advanced technologies in the field.
