Steven has been an integral part of the Johnson Lambert team for the past decade. During his tenure at the firm, he has played a central role in the expansion of our insurance practice, showcasing his dedication to nurturing client relations and growing the firm’s business. In addition to his business development contributions, Steven stands out as a beacon of leadership for Johnson Lambert staff. Recognizing the significance of attracting and nurturing the accounting industry’s best and brightest, Steven has taken a lead in campus recruiting efforts and has also participated as a mentor in Johnson Lambert’s employee mentorship program.

As further testament to his commitment to professional growth and leadership, Steven graduated from Upstream Academy in 2022. His experience there armed him with actionable insights, which he promptly introduced to Johnson Lambert. Steven has also marked his presence in the broader insurance industry through his industry memberships, event participation, and leadership roles. His latest feat was stepping up to become the president of the Texas Chapter of IASA.
