Summer at Johnson Lambert: Flexibility + a Mental Wellness Break

At Johnson Lambert, we prioritize mental health and wellbeing. We understand that when our team members have good mental health support, they are able to bring their best selves to work. Having strong health and wellness practices must include reminding ourselves to take care of our bodies AND our minds. Having a flexible work environment and open dialogues about mental health awareness are important, but they cannot be all that we do to serve our employees — it is equally important to put words into actions.

As such, in addition to the half-day Fridays we offer our employees all summer, Johnson Lambert is pleased to announce that our firm will be instituting a wellness break from July 1-5 this year. Our offices will be closed for these five days, and we encourage our team members to be offline so they can enjoy some much deserved rest and relaxation.
