Johnson Lambert Announces 2022 Impact Award Winners

At the inaugural ceremony of the 2022 Impact Awards, the Johnson Lambert partners  recognized three employees who have made a significant impact on the firm through their dedication, hard work, and embodiment of our core values of trust, respect and agility.

Andrew Cleveland, an audit principal who has been with the firm since 2015, earned the trust award for his exceptional leadership, reliability, and integrity. He is known for building strong relationships with his colleagues and clients, and his team trusts him implicitly. Andrew has consistently demonstrated his commitment to the company’s values and goals, and his contributions have been invaluable to the organization.

Regina Lapin, director of the engagement resources team, was awarded the Agility award for her ability to adapt to new challenges and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. She is an innovative thinker who is always willing to take on new projects and push the boundaries of what is possible. Regina’s contributions have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.

Ashley DeVolder, a manager in our audit practice, was awarded the respect award for her excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion toward her colleagues and clients. She is known for her ability to listen actively, understand others’ perspectives, and build strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Ashley’s contributions have created a positive work culture and have inspired her colleagues to strive for excellence.

The three winners were recognized during a firmwide awards ceremony, where leadership commended them for their ongoing contributions to our organization. Andrew, Regina, and Ashley serve as an inspiration to their colleagues and future Johnson Lambert employees.
