Regulatory Senior Leadership
The Regulatory Services team consists of experienced Certified Financial Examiners (CFEs) and Certified Insurance Examiners (CIEs), including several former state regulators. Our highly qualified examiners are active members of the Society of Financial Examiners (SOFE) and the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES). They obtain extensive training on Statutory Accounting Principles, state-specific compliance matters, risk-focused examination best practices, NAIC Financial Condition Examiners Handbook, NAIC Market Regulation Handbook, and NAIC Accreditation Standards. Our examiners are frequent attendees of the NAIC’s National Meetings.
