Johnson Lambert Announces 2020 Leadership Promotions
Johnson Lambert LLP is pleased to announce that Paul Preziotti, CPA has been named Partner; Uso Sayers, CISA, has been named Managing Director; and Dave Fuge, CISSP has been named Chief Innovation Officer, effective January 1, 2020. Paul, Uso, and Dave exemplify leadership not only within the firm but also in the communities and the industries they serve.
Paul joined Johnson Lambert in 2007. He is a frequent speaker on audit and accounting topics at various industry conferences and seminars. He also is an alumnus of the AICPA Leadership Academy, an honor for which less than 40 people are recognized nationally each year. In 2018, he received the GWSCPA’s Outstanding Member in Public Practice Award for his contributions to the growth and enhancement of the accounting profession. Furthermore, he is a current member of the AICPA’s Not-for-Profit Advisory Council, the AICPA’s Uniform Accountancy Act Council and a past chair for the GWSCPA’s Nonprofit Finance & Accounting Symposium. Additionally, Paul serves as a board and audit committee member for Food for Others and St John’s Community Services.
Uso joined Johnson Lambert in 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in IT risk assurance and advisory services. Her comprehensive advisory services experience includes internal audit engagements, third party assurance reviews (SOC reports), independent external and internal financial audit support, pre- and post-implementation reviews, and application audits. Uso guides clients in understanding IT risks, financial impact and/or sufficiency of IT controls and IT-dependent business process controls and potential mitigating controls. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Insurance Accounting & Systems Association (IASA), ISACA (formerly the Information Systems Audit and Control Association), Society of Financial Examiners (SOFE), and National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA). She volunteers on the Board of her local IASA chapter and is a National Director for NABA. Uso has received several awards for her volunteer activities. She frequently attends industry conferences and enjoys presenting on cybersecurity and other industry-related information technology topics.
Dave joined Johnson Lambert in 2005. He previously held the title of Chief Information Officer where he oversaw all aspects of the firm’s technology and data security. In his new role of Chief Innovation Officer, he will have a greater focus on creating innovative solutions that will enable the firm to support our clients in the ever-evolving industries the firm serves. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation and is a sought-after author and presenter on IT and security topics, including “Financial Implication of Cloud Computing”, “Outside the Box Thinking on Core Firm Systems”, “Disasters Can and Will Happen – Are You Prepared?”, and “The Cost of Cybersecurity – Pay Now or Pay Later”.
