Johnson Lambert Introduces Floating Holiday for Employees
Johnson Lambert values a culture of trust, community, and balance. As an employer, we care about our people’s ability to rest, spend time with friends and family, and pursue their passions outside of work.
For years, Johnson Lambert has offered employees a generous PTO policy, paid holidays, and seasonal half-day Fridays. In 2022, as a part of ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, we are excited to add a floating holiday to the firm’s annual holiday calendar. Supporting employees in celebrating holidays that align with their personal values is one more way we hope to foster an inclusive environment.
The floating holiday can be used for religious observations, federal holidays not already included in Johnson Lambert’s holiday calendar, or other days that are meaningful to our people.
We are excited for this new addition to our holiday calendar as a way to further support and include what is important to each member of our firm, and we look forward to continuing to evolve, learn, and grow as a firm through the DEI lense.
