Paid Time Off (PTO) – PTO can be used for vacations, family or personal reasons, illness, emergencies, or time to recharge. Professional staff accrues 25 days of PTO annually. Administrative staff accrues 20 days of PTO annually.

Half-Day Fridays – How does leaving the office around noon on Friday sound? Based on business demands our employees can enjoy up to 15 half-day Fridays during the slower months of the year.

Paid Holidays – Each year we observe at least 8 paid holidays, which include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Additional paid days off are designated at year-end based on business performance.

Bereavement Time – In the unfortunate instance when you need time off due to bereavement, the firm offers 2 paid days off. Of course, employees may also utilize PTO as well.
